Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Adfure platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Ecom Vision LTD ("Adfure", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Adfure provides AI-assisted advertising analysis, monitoring, creative generation and campaign preparation across third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn). Adfure prepares recommendations and actions; changes to your ad accounts execute only after your explicit approval.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ and authorized to act for the business and ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

• You retain ownership of and responsibility for your ad accounts, budgets and the campaigns you approve.
• You will comply with the advertising policies and terms of the connected platforms.
• You will not misuse the Service, attempt to extract its underlying methodology, or interfere with its security.

4. Plans, billing & guarantee

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (plus any usage-based fees stated at checkout). The free AI audit requires no payment. New subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Outside the guarantee window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI output disclaimer

Adfure provides decision support. AI-generated analysis and recommendations may contain errors and are not guarantees of performance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action. Adfure is not liable for advertising outcomes resulting from approved actions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its methodology, software and content, is owned by Ecom Vision LTD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You retain ownership of your data and the creative outputs generated for your account.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adfure's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost ad spend or profits.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you keep ownership of your ad accounts and may export your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the EU. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
